This is a one bedroom, deluxe, oceanfront, top floor, corner,
central air-conditioned apartment. No Smoking allowed. Most
Kaanapali small studios without air conditioning and only partial
oceanviews rent for more.

The building is just a few feet from the Pacific Ocean. There is a
full kitchen with granite counter tops, an island, Italian tiled
floors. and a dropped ceiling with indirect lighting. The bedroom
features a King-Size bed, large closet, bedside tables, and dresser.
The bathroom features Italian tile and a corian counter top.

The views are dramatic with the islands of Molokai and Lanai
directly in front, there is a sensation of actually being on the
ocean, a feeling of being on top of the world as you watch the
whales breach and the rainbows and the sunsets. Views of the
snorkeling reef are directly below.
