Our loft is ideal for two people, even though it could fit up to three. It is 350 square feet, colonial style with 20' ceiling height. It has 1 bathroom, dining-living-kitchen (all together), 1 full size futon at the first floor and the bedroom at a mezzanine (with a queen size bed for two). We provide with flat screen TV with Cable TV, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and air conditioning.

We are right in the heart of OLD SAN JUAN. Attached I am sending few additional pictures with a map so it can help you locate our loft within Old San Juan area. We are 20 steps from famous COLUMBUS SQUARE, 2 minutes from San Cristobal Spanish Fort (UNESCO World Heritage site) and the sea, 8 minutes from San Felipe del Morro Spanish Fort, 3 minutes from SOFO (South Fortaleza) where the best restaurants are located, also near the port, museums, etc.
