The Cape Escape II is in Barrier Dunes and is a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located less than 200 steps to the white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and also the gulf front pool right on the dunes overlooking the ocean (see picture)!
You will find an King Master & a Queen Guest Room, both with full bathrooms and private porches on the upper floor. The lower floor has a fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining area and family room and a half bathroom. The family room includes cable TV,DVD, & games, books, puzzles, cards and kids movies! There is also a large deck area off the family room overlooking a beautiful fresh water fishing pond!
Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean & a great clubhouse. It also has tennis courts, fresh water fishing ponds & is VERY family friendly & pet friendly!
St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is located right next door, & offers excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped pristine wilderness area and beach. The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida and provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing and scalloping.
