Living Areas:
Spacious family room is equipped with Cable TV,VCR and a Playstation 2 console with new games and a video library of over 50 videos. There is ample seating in the comfortable sofas and easy chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with every type of appliance (dish washer, coffee maker, ice machine & toaster), and the laundry is just next door complete with full-size washer and dryer, laundry basket, plus iron and ironing board. Laundry powder is provided at no extra cost. There is a formal dining area which seats 6, but for breakfasts and light snacks, most guests use the breakfast bar. Linens and silverware for 12.


Master Bedrooms:
The 2 Master Bedrooms are both ensuite with Queen size beds. Each are equipped with TV, and private access to the Pool Deck. The bathrooms have large spa baths and separate walk in showers.


Other Bedrooms:
Bedroom three is a double bedroom with tv. There are two further sets of twins - one decorated in the 'pooh bear' theme for the little ones.


Exterior:
One of the main features of the villa is the great pool with oversized pool deck. The area is not overlooked and has extensive landscaping and in addition to the pool, there is a large patio area with sun loungers, plus a table and chairs for when you decide to eat lunch out by the pool. A ceiling fan over the shaded lanai area will give a welcome breeze when the mid-day sun gets too hot!


Location & Surroundings:
Calabay Parc Subdivision is the place to be. With unique Spanish architecture this Subdivision is a class above the rest. The owners all subscribe to the same association to maintain the common areas and their own lawns (i.e. you will not be stuck next to someone who does not maintain their property). Calabay is just 12 minutes drive to Disney and is wonderfully located to all local ammenities. Even though you'll love the villa so much you might never want to leave! Recent guests have re-booked for next year and they do not plan on telling their children that they are anywhere near Disney so they can just 'chill' at the Villa they were so impressed.
