we have 2 units in our home on the ocean-each unit
sleeps 5-plus we have a basement bedroom that sleeps
2-we are fully equipped-we are not in a resort but in
a regular puerto rican neighborhood-no roosters next
door(block away)but you will hear an occasional dog
barking at the moon-if you are fussy you will not like us-we are not the ritz-only a beach house-that
has been our only problem--expectation--people rent
the most reasonable home they can find on the island
& expect perfection-please go to a hotel or a resort
if you require perfection-we offer a true unique experience
without paying too much-

Rates
$100 a day per unit(holiday week $125)$50 a day for
the basement-7 day minimum for 1 unit-5 day minimum
if you rent both-$500 per unit security-$100 per unit
cleaning will be waived if you clean yourself(laundry
too)all the supplies are there to make it easy-no
pets or smoking-please look at our rental agreement
on our site-

washer-dryer-kitchen equipment-linens-air conditioning-fans-phone-cable with hbo-tv's in all
bedrooms with a vcr-bar bq & equipment-

we are very central to all of puerto rico's tourist
spots-we have world class golfing, 3 beautiful hotels
& a casino within a 10 minute drive-lots of beaches
too with plenty of sunshine-you will not get bored
on this island-
